  All I needed to do was withdraw some cash. Shara was pretty rude. She asked me if I had filled out the withdraw form but she had them behind the counter. I told her I did not know my account number but handed her my id and debit card. She kinda shrugged and went on. Definitely going to consider switching to another bank. There are just to many problems with customer service across the board.

  I had a horrible experience with the foreign woman there. She was very rude, and kept doing other things other than try to help me when i described a problem i was having with my account. Then she just walked away do something else left me standing there like i was no one in going to close my account with suntrust because of this and the problems they are causing in my account. Don't use this bank or at least this branch no consumer concern or customer service

  The worst bank everrrrrr!!!..I have been with them for three years and each week or at least once a month there something going wrong!!..they access fees by basically stealing your money!..I have had two pending charges for less than $6 on my business account that the bank held back for approximately four days before they put it through. They also allowed larger transactions to post that were made after the smaller transaction just so they can add an overdraft fee. This last time I deposit cash to the ATM and then they placed fees on my account 48 hours after the account was current. Not only that I had an fraudulent charge on my account for $350 that I’m still disputing as we speak!.I want a bank that is for the customer and not for themselves!!..Don’t ever bank with them!!
