      This is nothing against the particular branch, they are actually very good and always help me especially the manger. My problem is with the actual company ever since the merger my account has been messing up constantly. Transaction log not updated weekly, 1 hour wait to talk to someone and zelle payments taking 2 weeks to hit my account .... this is annoying. I’m definitely closing my account this week because it is annoying. You guys were a great company before this merger

      Every time I visit this branch there is always a problem with my transaction. Decided to give them another try since my favorite branch a few miles away has closed early for the day. I will drive a few extra miles to avoid visiting this branch again!

      Im in the Lobby and they told me appointments only. They give me the branch managers number so I can make an appointment. Ideally seeing as he’s free i would like to see him shortly. He tells me I have to call corporate to make an appointment but that’s just making me jump through hopes because corporate will just call him and ask for the same thing. They were to tell me to go to another branch.

      This is positively - without doubt - the worst SunTrust branch I've ever used. I've used SunTrust for years - for both my personal and business accounts, and for my job. Really, the management at this branch sucks absolutely and when I can get to another branch before 5:00 I simply don't go here.

      Very rude workers. They all act like they hate their job. The manager is very disrespectful. He hung up on me & my mother twice. Very rude tone.. I do not recommend anyone go there. I went into the branch & they lost my money. I deposit $160 into my account & it never showed up. I had the worst experience with them, and honestly never want to go back there.

      Unhelpful lazy employees. No one isn't the store yet they made me call the 800 number to opt out of overdraft. When I contact that the 800-number the customer service rep told me that all of these transactions could be handled in the store as I expected. Fatima refused to help me opt out and said that I would have to do it myself and actually gave me the wrong number to opt out so I had to dig through my files to figure out how to opt out. This is absolutely unacceptable. I drove from my house to the bank so I can get personal assistance only just to be told to call and do it myself. Disgusting

      I am not the type to give negative reviews as I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I had to do this to ensure no one ever endures horrible and poor customer service at this branch. I needed two documents notarized and went there. The woman who greeted me said the staff who does the notary is busy "and will be for a long time so I should go somewhere else" 😳😲. Who does that? Anyway I stayed and the person (who does the notary) refused to even acknowledge me. Horrible! Horrible! I left making an oath NEVER to return.

      I was delivering my company checks when the workers had the nerve to tell me that I'm not suppose to do this in drive through but come in by door because it clogging up the line. I'm like that's not my problem. Rude employee should be fired

      I like the one in Laurel, MD much better. I tend to get friendlier and efficient service when I go to that one. I usually go here when I need something quick or I'm to lazy to drive out to Laurel.
