  No concept of customer service and treating you like a human. I was declined two charges from my apartment complex that came back payment returned due to account being "closed." Mind you this is on my primary account that has sufficient funds. I call customer service and they transfer me to three different people. I was on hold for over an hour. I decide to go into the local branch to meet with someone to explain to them what was going on and she basically gives me the same number to call and says she can't do anything about it. She said my account looks open and that she didn't see any problems even when I showed her the rejection message. I feel like there's something IT/transition related going on in the background that caused this error and that is causing me to incur late fees that are not my fault and they won't make an effort to fix it. Absolutely no care or concern at all from their end. I've never had issues with SunTrust for years, but now with the switch I will be leaving Truist. They cannot be trusted.

  Ever since Sun Trust Became Truist I have had nothing but trouble. They have added an account to my on line account that does not belong to me. I have had significant trouble with on line photo deposits. Their control of photo of check to be deposited is defective. Only shows half of check to be photographed for deposit. I have tried to call their customer service 4 times each time I gave up after waiting on line for over 45minutes. I stopped in at bank to discuss the problems I was having, only to find out there were four people waiting to see the manager...I left. Prior to the conversion, I never had a problem with Sun Trust. I am going to give them one month to correct their problems, if not done, I will leave

  I have personally banked with another bank for 20 years and came across a couple of SunTrust programs while managing the finances of my Spearfishing team here in Florida (they bank through SunTrust and I'm the Treasurer.) Lisa will be my first stop when I decide to refinance my home next year. I travel the country facilitating classes in creating customer experiences, sales performance, and other development classes.   Given what's going on in the current environment, this being a small office, and the amount of staff they have... I think this Branch and it's staff are doing an amazing job!
