Yahaira Diaz Velasco1I was in the Yukon branch today to make a deposit. The teller who assisted me made me feel very humiliated and discriminated against. I’ve used True Sky As my primary Credit union since August of 2008 and never have experienced what I did today. I am very saddened by this experience and I am now considering closing my accounts for this reason. I went to a different institution that I never frequent — yet, they made me feel so welcomed, respected and appreciated. Unlike the representative I visited with at True Sky Credit Unión, the teller at the other institution was very professional, took great care of me and will more than likely now get my business and referrals.

I am editing my rating because I received a call from this branch’s manager and I was impressed with how personal he took these reviews and how he tried to make amends to our experience. It’s good to know that someone cares.

brandon epp1I came in to get a refund on my gap insurance and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, which was no big deal but only to get deferred to gap insurance company. So I called the gap insurance company and they deferred me backnto my financial institution. I went right back in (maybe 2 minutes later) and the lady was with another person so I waited but once she was done with that person, she just skipped right over me like i havent been waiting for over a hour. This isnt only bad experience i have had with this branch but this one struck a nerve.

Jessica Buford1I was a member and employee for true sky and i am sad to say they are not a financial institution i enjoyed working for because of the poor member service given and feeling like i caught hell for doing what i know i do well assisting memeber's with their issues from the company's core conversion to lost documents and incorrect credit reporting. I was treated poorly as employee and ended my membership today for that same reason.
