  I had a great experience with my first time at True Sky Mustang, the clerk running the drive through was very professional and had lovely conversation skills! She’s also very funny, I believe her name was Lillie, and I really appreciated all of her help. Definitely will be recommending.

  Danielle was very kind as well Lee Anna in helping me get a checking account and savings account. They stayed late to make sure I was taken care of on a Saturday. They both have sweet attitudes!

  Mrs.Parker was wonderful and did everything she could to get us approved. She was straight to the point and told us everything we needed before coming in to apply for the loan

  Sat in the lobby for a few hours hearing employees talking about life and not trying to get customers out the lobby that’s been sitting here. Terrible customer service. Need more people in the offices this is unexceptional

  Customer service is currently non-existent. I called concerning a loan issue and was on hold for FIVE hours until their offices closed and got to speak with no one. I had paid off a loan 3 years ago (walked into the branch and asked for the payoff amount and wrote a check). The next month they reported I was late on my payment for the account I paid off in the previous month. Knocked my credit score down about 100 points. I cannot resolve the problem so far, as I said if you call you'll just be on hold until they close.

  64 minute wait... This is wild, they have to be the best credit union to ever grace the world. Everyone in the US has to be using this place cause NO ONE answers the phone. This is by far my favorite thing about a place I pay for a service, I was really hoping the wait would be 164 minutes today but I was unlucky and got the short wait time of 64 minutes!! Huge waste of time! I wish google had a no star review because this company doesn't deserve one.
