  The branch people are awesome however.......thier online banking system blows goats. Had everything set up and all was grand. Then they made a new mobile app and now I have to make an entirely new account. Completley ridiculous. Nothing like inconvenienceing the customer just so you can field a new app. Wouldn't be that bad if setting up a new account wasn't such a roaring pain in the keister. Once this truck loan is paid off I will be done with TFCU.

  Always long lines. Kept getting told different things regarding when my payment is do. I use a secure credit card to build my credit and they are always telling Mr different dates of when my credit card bill is do. By them giving Mr misinformation it is beginning to affect my credit! Horrible. Always someone new that says different dates everytime I come in!!!

  I’ve had four loans with TFCU and have only had experience with the Yukon branch, I have had really good luck with the service there and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a loan and and appreciates good service

  Slowest drive thru ever. There’s 4 lanes open , it’s 10am and every line has 5 cars now and I sat here for 20 minutes with only one car on each lane. They’re SO SLOW. they must have one person working all four lanes or something.

  Froze an acct for No reason. adult services cleared the investigation. they still wont release the account. have a lawyer involved.. STILL wont release the account. this is the WORST bunch of hicks on earth. DO NOT BANK HERE. its not a bank. its a credit union. they are corrupt thieves.

  Great place to bank! Friendly service and helpful staff! I couldn’t be any happier after moving over to this banking institution. I’ve been with them now over 6 years. Compared to other banks that are god awful, other than the occasional lines in the drive thru during the busiest time of the day (duh). You’ll have a great banking experience.

  I have to make sure that my schedule is free before visiting. I wait in the Drive-Thru behind one car and it takes over 30 minutes to be taken care of for a check that I could not deposit online because their technology will not accept it. I end up using almost all of my lunch hour just to wait.

  You deposit checks for years and all of a sudden the adopt a policy to put checks on hold for 3 days. This is so they can hold you money from your account to collect overdraft fees. Don't use them for anything. Will terminate them after this

  I highly recommend them to everyone, I have been a customer here for about 7 years or so and never experienced anything other than outstanding customer service. They care about their customers and make sure they help in every way that they can. They have helped me in many situations and explained everything very thouroughly. I appreciate all the help I have recieved from you all, hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

  Worst ever institution !!!! branch manager Asian man,was very poor customer service and unprofessional. I have a loan already and this ignorant manager ask me to bring a proof of income. Just because I ask for a simple letter in order to drive to Mexico with my travel trailer, just a simple letter for permission to cross the border, also I offer to make extra payments and they denied me, just because I set up auto pay for my loan.
