  We worked with Lauren Barteske, Michelle Vu, and Melanie Young on our mortgage for a recent home purchase. They were great to work with. They were incredibly fast, responsive, and professional. We had multiple quotes for mortgages, including at least one with a lower interest rate. However, for our situation speed was of the essence and decided to go with Lauren and her team because of how blindingly fast they were. Lauren and her team were fast, proactive, and had very good attention to detail. Buying a house is full of ambiguities and uncertainties, but it always felt like we were on a good timeline and in good hands. It gave us great peace of mind in order to close the deal on time.

  Great experience with this team. Refinanced in 2021 and received great customer service, professional, detailed and quick turnaround. They took care of everything and made it a seem less transaction for me. Highly recommend!

  Great company! They helped save my family member's purchase loan from potentially losing out on their dream home. Great group of people to work with, they moved super quick and communication was phenomenal! If you want to work with a lender that will not see you as only a number like all these big banks, then you should consider True Path Loans.

  Long story short, don’t hesitate to work with True Path Loans. Long story long, my husband and I had a great experience working with Adrian and his team! We struggled to find the right realtor, but the second we started working with Adrian, we knew we didn’t have to worry about a lender. We were originally going to work with our first realtor’s lender but my brother recommended Adrian and said to just give him a shot and see how he compares. I believe he had us pre-approved within a couple hours and immediately provided us with our different options. This was light years quicker than the other lender we were working with. Good communication is my number one requirement in working with someone and I was impressed with Adrian’s! Adrian also always provided us with all the information we needed to know. We are first time home owners, so the whole process was new to us. Adrian answered our questions before we even had to ask them. For the first house we put an offer on, he actually provided us with more details about the house than our (first) realtor had. He’s been so helpful! We were trying to buy a house for about a year and a half, during a pandemic. We put offers on 4 houses before finally getting accepted. During that stressful time, we were to happy to have a lender we knew we could fully trust. Adrian and his team work so fast and are able to close so quickly that we actually felt we could compete with those all cash offers out there. We were able to close in 14 days, but ended up pushing it out per the sellers request. My husband and I both highly recommend working with Adrian and his team. You can trust they will be fair, responsive, professional and work in your best interest. I’m so glad I took my brothers advice!

  The people we dealt with at True Path Loans were extremely knowledgeable. I always have a ton of questions, more than the normal person and they took the time to break everything down to explain all of the details for us and also what options we had. The refi took less than 3 weeks and we got an amazing rate. With a refi there is tons of paperwork and they made it easy to provide the documents and also keep track of what was due and what was already submitted. Our Loan Officer was Joe and he was always available for questions and I would highly recommend him and the company if you’re looking to save some cash with a good rate.

  Joseph Erfort handled my refinance and did an amazing job. I’ve financed and refinanced homes in the past with other companies, and his service blew all the others out of the water! Joseph was knowledgeable and efficient. He kept me informed along the way, streamlined the process to make it quick, and secured a great rate!
