  I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone at McLean Mortgage Corp. that was involved with my refinance. Simply said the refi went flawless. I have never talked to any of my friends or family that have had such a similar positive experience with another mortgage company. The process was simple and easily understandable. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Closing was easy. The follow up and continued process was amazing. I have and will continue to recommend your company to my friends and family.   We highly recommend Troy and his team. They were incredibly efficient, available, and easy to work with. We were first time home buyers and unsure about the mortgage process. However, Troy, Ashley, and Sara made the process smooth and manageable. They responded to every question right away, clearly communicated what was needed, and provided updates throughout the process. We reached out to another lender in order to compare rates etc... and were struck by how much more efficient Troy and his team were. Additionally, we felt that Troy was honest in his assessment of what we could and could not afford and we ended up with loan terms and monthly payments we were comfortable with. Overall a very good experience!

  Troy and his team were amazing to work with. First (and most importantly), our rate was much lower than I expected, and we brought way less money to the table than we were expecting. So huge win there. Second, they made the whole process easy to understand, and there was never a point where we felt like we did not know what was going on. We asked about many different options and strategies, and Troy and his staff showed us what each one looked like, with detailed explanations of the pros and cons of each. We loved working with Troy, and we'd certainly recommend him to anyone!

  Troy and his team at McLean Mortgage are phenomenal. I would highly recommend you work with them. This was my first home purchase, and Troy was available at any time needed. If I missed him, he returned calls promptly (usually within minutes) and patiently answered questions I had. Likewise, Ashley on his team was amazing. She helped ensure all my paperwork was in. If I missed anything, she would let me know. I was in the process of cleaning up some debt as I was working on the loan application. Ashley worked with the loan processors to push for the most up to date information, and I was able to significantly improve my credit score and reduce some closing costs. Most importantly, there were some things I did not understand in my loan estimate. When I had questions, I was never made to feel like there was a dumb question - even if it was. Ashley always told me that it was a good question and the patiently answered it - clearly and concisely - even when I had follow ups. Sara on his team worked directly with my insurer on the home insurance and made that process as easy as possible. She also answered questions that I had. When I was at closing, I marveled to Troy and my realtor about how painless the process was. I asked if it was always like this - that is how easy the good folks at McLean mortgage made it. Troy and his team value their customers, and I felt in good hands. I would not hesitate to give him my highest recommendation. They took the term customer service to a new level and will be the standard that I measure anyone against in the future.

  This is the second time in 4 years that I have worked with Troy Toureau and his team at McLean Mortgage Corp. for refinancing my home in order to take advantage of the best rates, with lowest closing costs available. The first time it was on the recommendation of a friend, but this time I sought him out directly. He, Sara and Ashley are literally "the dream team" as they made thing so quick, simple and convenient that I could sleep easy at night knowing all was well taken care of, leaving me with about 20 mins of closing work with a notary that came right to the house (on our back deck), and like a snap, I was out of my old mortgage and into my new one, saving about $400 per month!

  Troy and his team--both highly responsive to all questions and concerns--made our loan experience incredibly easy and stress free. We worked with Troy remotely, had many questions, and even changed our method of signing (mail away with power of attorney) last minute.
