He was “hands on”, making sure everyone was aware of what’s needed (each according to what we were allowed to know - maintaining client confidentiality). We were looking to refinance our mortgage - Troy helped us find the right loan for us and when the initial appraisal came in a little lower then expected, he kept trying and found another appraiser who was able to get us what we needed to get this done.
