  Been a client for over 4 years. They worked to lower interest rates with my creditors so that I could actually pay off my debt (creditors would not negotiate the rate with me... basically told me "too bad") ------ Initial interest rates ranged from 9.9% to 29.99%. Navicore got them down to 5-9% to 9.99% Huge difference. My rep is super responsive and very helpful. -------- We're almost done paying our debt and have accelerated payments as our finances improved. They do charge a monthly fee, but I'm ok with that. Employees should be paid for doing their job. -------- FYI - I am very financially literate. Worked for an Investment Bank and all that jazz. Unfortunately we got into a pickle when I started a business and failed miserably. That's when I got into financial trouble. -------- I've read some of the negative reviews and they make absolutely no sense. I think people just misunderstand the role Navicore Solutions can play in this arena.

  This company is a lifeline for me. They got my APR reduced substantially and I don’t mind paying my 36$ monthly fee considering before I was paying five times more on credit cards interest rates and the principal wasn’t moving. With Nnavicore I should have these cards paid off by 2025. It would’ve taken me over 15 years. Thanks navicore.

  They worked with my creditors to eliminate interest charges and fees. They set up a payment plan to get my credit debt paid off in a much shorter time than I could have dealing with the card companies by myself.

  Don’t use this company!!! They will add a $10 dollar return check fee to your payment. If they had to return money back to you. Because I made a early web payment to navicore . 3 days later they charge my account for $85 payment . I had to called them to argue my case to refund my money. Finally they said they refund my money. Overall this is a Faulty company.

  Last October I called this company to confirm that I had paid in full one of my creditors, they put me on hold and a few minutes later they confirmed that the account was paid off. Last week I received an email from my bank letting me know that me credit score was down because I had a delinquent account. When I called the creditor they confirmed that I had a pending balance of $27.57 for two months and I need to make a payment immediately and the only way to fight it would be an email from Navicore stating that they have received a paid off confirmation form the creditor. Then I called Navicore Solutions and they said that I could call the creditor and make a payment that there was nothing more they could do for this situation. I explained to the customer service rep the situation about my credit score and she said again that they could do nothing about it. Never trust this company they can ruin your credit!!!

  Already paid off my bill just wanted to make sure there was nothing left for me to pay to creditors ..was on hold for 35 minutes. And called yesterday and no one has gotten back to me yet please for the love of God someone call me … thank you

  Exceptional customer service. Thoughtful and sincere agents who actually know what they're talking about. You can chat about dollars and percentages with these folks and actually get something out of the conversation. I've been with them now for 3 years, shrinking down my debt with a strategic plan, and they have been so helpful along the way. I am now going through a refinance and paying off my old debts completely and they have given me great advice. For the record I pay a $25 monthly fee. I could not recommend this company enough.

  I called Navicore Solutions in hopes of dealing with my credit card debt on Wed.July 14th 2021 and after giving my phone and residence info I was told that there would be a $50 service fee.There are non profit organizations that 'really' want to help people that work for free obviously this business isn't one of them.If you're extremely low on money and need assistance which most people with credit card debt do.DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL THIS PLACE!!! Obviously NFCC Certified means nothing in helping anyone with credit card debt!!!

  I had 3 credit cards, two of which worked with me. When i called the third, Chase, I was told they had no program such as this, and to call Navicore. I called them and now pay them $112, a month, of which they pay my CC $72. The CC co., (Chase,) takes $14, interest, and $2, cash advance fee. I could pay them off in half the time if I didn't pay Navicore! I later found out that Chase DOES have a program like this. I feel stupid, and scammed.
