  I just want to say that Michelle Harrington, the branch manager, is the BEST!!! She has helped me in so many ways to open my accounts, and help me to get started in rebuilding my credit!! She is always there when you need her for anything. Tropical Financial Credit Union has quite a gem with her. She is absolutely an ASSET to the company. Thanks for everything Michelle!!!!!!

  Michelle Harrington from Tropical Financial is one of the reasons why I recommend this bank to all of my family, friends, and coworkers. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and patient and always makes it seem as though she has your best interest at heart (which she does). I trust Michelle's guidance and feel completely at ease while banking and signing up for new services. The services and offers available are unparalleled.

  The Plantation Branch is such an efficient and welcoming Branch. Every time I go, I'm greeted with a smile and excellent member service. Michelle Harrington is a great leader and Giselle Kassie is her wonderful right hand woman. They are a dynamic duo and I'm very grateful for them. TFCU is a great Credit Union and I still recommend them to friends and family to this day. Keep up the great work!!!

  I had to open a business account on a Saturday and while I was originally dreading spending my day banking...it turned out to be one of the best experiences I have had banking. I can't say enough good things about the people who work here and this Credit Union. I recommend them without reservation.

  Always a pleasure banking at this location. Very friendly staff and they make setting up and changing accounts simple and straightforward. With my last visit I had to do a few transfers and transactions and the teller Samantha was very kind and patient! Definitely the credit union of choice for South Florida.

  The Branch Manager, Michelle is Awesome! She comes to my job every other month and she always have goodies and the most recent products and promotions for us. She is very kind, professional, and I look forward to seeing her whenever she stops by. Keep up the good work!

  I must express my gratitude to Michelle Harrington. What an amazing representative for TFCU. It's been a long time since someone went over and beyond to fix a situation and provide a solution in such a kind, professional and excellent manner. I don't feel my words give justice to the degree she reached out to help me. She gave me her number and returned every text even on her time off. She did everything she said she would and succeeded in helping me. That's some superior service. Thank you Michelle.

  My experience with Tropical Financial is wonderful thanks to Michelle Harrington! As a teenager it's important for me to understand my finnacial choices and know how to get started. With her help she guided me through making the right plans fit for me. With Michelle I feel comfortable to ask questions and is very personable. Thank you so much for the amazing service!!

  Michelle is great in running this branch, her staff is very professional. I have been with Tropical since 1988, my best experience is doing business with Michelle. She is very helpful, I would recommend this branch to do business. A great alternative for commercial and personal banking.

  I have been a member of TFCU for over 30 years. I wouldn't change my bank for anyone. It was my 1st bank at 15 years old. I've known Michelle Harrington since then and she is a tremendous asset to this organization. She is very passionate about her job and has always been a tremendous help to me and my family. My two minor children are currently members and we love TFCU.
