Rick V.1I have never been to a branch with people as incompetent as this one. I went in for a replacement card and these people opened a credit card application instead. Did not listen to what I needed, wasted my entire morning. If I didn't have my account linked my Canadian account I would close it and never come back. Stay away from this branch if you can.

Candace McClendon1Johanna has no customer service at all. Too cocky and didn't take the time to listen. Told me there was absolutely nothing she could do to help that rules were rules. Work on satisfaction for the customer.

yaiselyn cruz1I came to this banks drive through for a deposit. They had one worker for the drive through and over 20 cars. I was waiting in the line for over an hour. When it was my turn, she still took over 20 minutes to come and attend me. Then to top it all off, when she was done depositing my card was not given back to me. She said she fell down the chute which is impossible because if the card would have fallen the papers and money would have fallen down the chute too. This means that she gave MY card to another person. I was in this line for about 2 hours, when originally I went in for a simple deposit. Horrible customer service. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

LYNN TEDIM5Our initial experience with another branch (SUNRISE) was absolutely horrible. I contacted the Plantation branch and spoke with Kelly the assistant Branch manager. I explain my situation and share with her the terrible experience I had with the Plantation branch. She quickly went into changing my perception of TD bank. I literally totaled Kelly we are taking our business elsewhere. She asked me for an opportunity to help me. It took some time and her due diligence. Kelly changed my mind on leaving TD bank. She resolved my issue in a timely manner even though the other branch (SUNRISE) refused to assist me! Kelly is my NEW HERO! So bottom line the Sunrise branch stay AWAY! KELLY IS THE BEST PLANTATION ROCKS!

J Duncan4Over all I like TD Bank as an institution. They really help and accommodate you as a general consumer/customer, un-like other banks where they seem to be big business accounts preferred and treat the "average Joe" sub par. TD I always feel appreciated. This particular branch/store is conveniently located in a desired Plantation area so although I do understand the demand of being on such a busy corner there lobby efficiency and speed can be better. Wait times can get excessive and it seems to be a combination of lack of staff and or personal bankers or lack of speed when handling different issues with each client. If they increase the standard of speed and efficiency this will be a great branch/store. Everyone who has helped me here as been nice, friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Eduardo Soto, a personal banker at this branch who assisted me with a recent issue in a most courteous manner. I really appreciated the build of rapport given the issue.

Kristopher Fairbank5I have to give this location 5 stars. I have encountered the most genuine, caring, and professional service I have ever experienced in a financial institution. Lynn at the front was thoughtful, polite and prompt-she remembered me on my second visit. This first time interaction led me to meet Arlene the assistant manager to open an account. Arlene was as professional as they come- truly remarkable and helpful. Today I met the branch manager, Carroll Watson. Wow! She came over and introduced herself and welcomed me. I am in the customer service business/ hospitality industry and I can truly say that EVERYONE in this location is marvelous. Mrs. Watson was so professional and just as genuine as they come. I was treated like family on my first and second visit. I have never been treated so well in any bank. Kudos to TD Bank and your team of professionals here at 1800 Pine Island. I hope that everyone will witness and feel what I have. I don't write many reviews- maybe once on AMAZON. I am without words on how I was treated so well. I am perplexed and astonished by the poor reviews below. Maybe it takes a kind person to see kindness or you had a "one off" kinda day- we all get them. If you have a poor experience, share it with them. As a business operator, personal feedback is the best thing i can receive to fix any operational issues. I strongly suggest anyone & everyone that doesn't Bank at TD should check them out! They are truly the "most convenient bank"; not to mention the professionalism that will make them your "go to" financial destination for life! Ash B.1Absolutely horrible! This bank is so understaffed its ridiculous! Only one person ever working the drive through and one customer service bank rep working inside. Why in the world during the busiest day Friday and the busiest time 5pm would you have only one person working inside to service customers for new accounts and existing accounts. This is nothing new at this location. Ridiculous!
