  I showed up without an appointment due to several reasons and Victoria was extremely polite, professional and went out of her way to assist me in closing a loan for a lease buyout. The branch was really clean and all employees seemed very polite towards their customers. I definitely recommend Tropical Financial and especially the Kendall Branch who treats its customers right.

  I've been with tropical financial credit union for around two years now and recommend them immensely. I recently had an issue that required immediate attention and Victoria helped correct the problem. Mario and Jenny were both personable as well and worked with me to ensure a good banking experience. I highly recommend them.

  I needed to set up my automobile ACH payment so I went to the Kendall Branch. Victoria Encarnacion was such a great help. She walked me through the step by step process to set up my ACH Payments through the app. Very patiently.

  I went into the branch to speak to a member pertaining to my account. Mario Pretto was extremely kind and helpful. He even showed me how to open up my checking account online once I got home. It's very rare to find good help anymore. For that, I thank you Mr. Pretto!

  I had never before done a wire transfer. Went to the Kendall branch and although a lot of details are involved in that type of transaction, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that the transfer went through. Every time I visit this location everyone seems to work well together.

  they dont open until 9 o clock and for someone to answer the phone takes an hour and then when the put you on hold they hang up

  I’ve been banking with Jennie and Margarita for years and they’ve taken the best care of me and my accounts. They always keep me informed about everything and expedite anything I need done immediately not to mention being so kind and thoughtful and friendly.
