  Update 7/23/21: It's been a few months since I sold the house. As you can see from my glowing review, closing was a breeze. Unfortunately, the partnership that I thought would be ongoing is not an option for me. To keep this short, everything that they preach and teach in their webinars when it comes to contractors and draws did not apply...at least not for me. I had a contractor that wanted to be paid BEFORE work was completed. Never once was informed of this or in our contract. I was willing to move on but Trius came to her defense and was vouching for her work. They were definitely bias because she's done work for them on projects. They deciding to release draws prior to any work being completed to keep things moving along. I had no problem moving to a new contractor and the fact that I didn't was a MISTAKE on my part. To keep this about Trius, I won't go into details. The worse part, they were releasing draws WITHOUT my request but on the request of the contractor. This happened multiple times until I had to ask them for my approval. How can a lender allow a contractor to request money I'm technically paying for?! At the end of it all, I felt my best interest was not Trius' concern as their client. They had an inappropriate relationship with the contractor when it came to my business with them and I no longer would work with them due to this. They're quick with draws but I wonder if it would be the same level of service if it wasn't with that contractor. Everything is documented from emails to text messages..so I'll end there. Trius Lending saved my deal! In less than 24 hours, I received "Cleared to Close". Something a national lender could not achieve in almost 30 days. As I and praised to them, "This is nothing short of a miracle and I am forever indebted". Everyone I interacted with gave me so much hope, confidence and a sigh of relief that my FIRST deal would close on time. And on the last day of my contract, I was at the closing table. Thank you!! This will be a great partnership for my growing Real Estate career!!

  The Team at Trius lending are phenomenal! They assisted me in saving a deal when the main bank I was working with was shutdown due to COVID19 a few days before closing. Trius jumped in and was able to close in less than 10 days. The team is very knowledgeable, personable, and I cannot wait to start the next deal soon.
