  Mark Schow has an encyclopedic knowledge of the loan/finance world and we had a great experience with him. Very responsive and always willing to take the time to walk through everything in detail. We had a relatively complicated financing deal to assemble and Mark handled it expertly. Will be a repeat customer.

  Steve was easy to work with and quick to respond, but some things just didn't add up. We needed to hit a certain rate % and closing costs for the refi to make sense, and while the rate hit what we needed, he presented paperwork with crazy high closing costs that would have pushed out the breakeven longer than we wanted. After explaining this, he said he fixed it and was ready for us to close. When we showed up to the title company (taking off work to do so), the closing costs were still crazy high and Steve was out of office when we tried to call and ask what happened. He tried to "make it up to us" again afterward, but by that point we were ready to just be done. Ended up refinancing with our current lender. Was a lot easier of a process and painless to do so. If you have a massive loan and closing costs aren't as big of a deal, Steve is easy to work with and a pleasant person. But sometimes it just doesn't work out.

  We have now refinanced with Steve at Trillion twice. Both times he was quick and easy to work with and helped us close with zero out of pocket. Both refis were just to get lower rates and zero cash out, so it was really easy to wrap up everything quickly. Definitely recommend

He walks us through our options and makes sure that we understand the different choices in loans. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a home or refinance your current loan.

  This was a great experience. I was able to work direct with Steve DeYoung. My realtor said that he had never seen a loan approved and processes so fast! Trillion was great to work with, very informative and always ahead of what was needed. I felt they always had my best interests and awaits provided options for me!

  Mark Schow was recommended to us by my real estate agent. He did a great job, found us the right mortgage and helped me.get all the paperwork together. We had our first house fall thru, he didn't charge us anything even though he had already paid for an appraisal for us. Mark and his team are the best in my book!

  All I can say is RUN if you are thinking of using this lender. Not truthful in dealings. Fails to follow through and complete mortgage process and paperwork. Always asking to extend not once, not twice, but now for a third time AFTER the closing documents have been signed because of their failure. If you are a buyer and have unlimited funds to give away your earnest money to the seller because you chose this lender who is unable to complete the funding then go ahead and use this disreputable company.

  Had such a great experience with Trillion Mortgage. Just bought our second home through them. Steve DeYoung made the process so easy and took care of absolutely everything for us. Highly recommend these guys
