  Worst bank I’ve ever been to! I didn’t have access to my online account for a month. Then I was given the run around for an atm card and when I try to use it, it doesn’t work! Needless to say I closed out my account immediately and opened a savings with Navy Federal Credit union and have not had any issues in the 6 years I’ve banked with them. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

  Have had wonderful experiences with the staff in person, but I am less than pleased at being charged $10 for a replacement debit card with a faulty chip which has otherwise no damage to it. Especially when said debit card was supposed to last through another three years of use.

  Horrible Customer Service Customer service for all banking in general has become abhorrent, but Triangle Credit Union has reached a new low for neglect. I've had a biz account here for over 15 years and recently opened an additional account. The new account has ad issues since the day I opened it, and despite repeated calls to support and customer service, the problems have never been resolved. Additionally the branch manager at the Candia Rd location was rude and condescending. If you are looking for a bank I strongly suggest you do not consider Triangle!

  AWFUL! RUN FAR AWAY! If you like being treated rudely this is the place for you. Even the gentleman sitting beside me couldn’t believe it. Ran my credit without authorization after I left. This is after I told them I was not interested any longer about becoming a member. Like other reviews I’m wondering if it’s there policy to be terrible.

  Horrible service! Wait times on the phone are awful. Have a new loan. Can't pay it online. Need a pin number, which I never received. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would!

  Would've been five stars as the location and service are great but charging a maintenance fee all of a sudden for checking accounts is redonkulous. If your going to make 5 dollars a month off of every member then at least significantly increase the interest earned on members' accounts.
