  Not sure why such bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experience these guys. Erica, Meredith and Tom have been great from day one over the past 8 months of refi and construction. Just recently started working with the insurance side of it and Lisa has been great also. My load APR is higher than I am accustomed too. But, it was expected with the type of loan I needed. I would recommend them.

  This company doesn't work with customers. No emails or phone calls are returned. Every financial institution I've worked with is willing to help customers with hardship or forbearance for a limited time BUT not this company. I was told, we'll help you once you are behind in payments. However, it indicates on their website to call if you are experiencing a hardship.

  I gave them 4 stars because when I first obtained the loan I had a very rude and misleading loan servicing agent that I dealt with. She promised I could make partial payments but to only call and speak to her to do that. When I tried calling I had a rep get very ugly with me and was told its either the full amount or nothing. I asked for a supervisor and I told her what was promised to me. She got everything straight. Now I jave a new loan servicing agent and her name is Jamie. She is absolutely wonderful. Very kind and she does not make you feel like a piece of garbage when things in life happen. I thank her so much for keeping in contact with me and returning my calls. I would never get a call back from the other one. If I had Jamie the entire time it would be 5 stars.

  Customer service has always been less than good. I’ve been trying for a week to get info so I can refinance and they won’t help at all. Would not recommend

  My parents have been working on getting a mortgage and was given one through this company, however, the Bank dropped the ball and missed the deadline for the appraisal. And is now giving them the run around and postponing closing, they are about to lose this house that they really want. And we are about to become homeless because they didn't do their part of the work. My parents have jumped through every hoop they have been asked to, when they have been asked to. I expect the same from the mortgage lender. At this point, it doesn't matter at this point. Because they are losing the house because one of your employees could not get the appraisal done when it was supposed to be done. And has been pushing back closing further then the 10 days allowed.

  Horrible customer service, very rude and unprofessional, cannot give specific or detailed reason as to why you get denied, Also do not know how to answer questions when you ask. I was even hung up on. Never got a call or email stating we were denied until I called to find out myself after waiting 5 days. Every denial reason was always “debt to income ratio” but cannot prove why and gave incorrect information that was not put on the application and then cannot explain how they got that information. Get it together Triad, you should be helping people get approved not treat your clients like garbage.

  Customer service, billing, and credit reporting have improved significantly over the past year. My only issue at this time is with Covius, the third-party that handles property tax payments from escrow. I'm delinquent thanks to them. It may be time for Triad to find another option.

  This is the worst mortgage company I’ve ever been with. They lie to your face even when they know they are WRONG. They were wrong 100% of the time with me. If I don’t get my money back in the next month, I’m hiring an attorney. Sick of these unprofessional lying mortgage company. Oh and I received someone else’s loan paper along with mine. I feel for anyone with bad credit because they are worse with Triad team. Team of LIARS
