  I started my process three months ago with these people they said I was approved, everything was going well. I find my house and we go into contract. Every document that was asked for was given, but it wasn't enough, a week before my closing I tell my landlord that I bought a home and I will be moving. The day of the closing and the day of my walkthrough I was called and told that I was denied. I lost my home that I was buying and I also lost the home where I was living. These people did not do anything for me. also the sellers rented a U-Haul truck and got everything out of the house to come find out at the eleventh hour that I was denied. I lost appraisal money and inspection money and which I didn't get it back. I do not recommend these people they are liars.
