  I love this credit union and have been banking with them for years. The staff and services are excellent. The only complaint I have is with their affiliates. I received an offer in the mail from the credit union for around $3000 in life insurance for free. I’m well insured, but I figured what do I have to lose? Well this guy from the insurance company calls me one night and says that he needs to talk to me about this policy. Why not mail it and have me sign it? I already knew off the bat that what he was really interested in was selling me life insurance. He must’ve been in transit because the call was really choppy so I hung up. The company then shows up at my home without scheduling an appointment with me on a Sunday. The guy was really cocky. He came to my home knocking on my door really hard as if he was the police. Mind you, I do have a doorbell. I’m a woman that grew up in the projects and have dealt with all types of bullies, cocky people, etc. Those antics do not intimidate me. This is not how you handle business. Read the fine print before mailing in that form. Nothing is free! When he stormed off, he took the “so called” policy with him.

  Phone system for checking your account is horrible! Sometimes it rings like a house phone, (multiple times) ask you for your account number, goes silent, then just hangs up. It updates terrible! Sometimes you have less money than what it tells you which causes you to overdraw your account and pay a 35$ fee. Please people who use this credit union if your having the same problem speak up and change could lie ahead, because other than the phone system they're a 5 star business.

  Their automatic phone service SUCK!!!! There always seem to be a problem either it answers then hang up, or not updated with correct information for your account. I've been hit with overdraft charges a few times due to this problem.
