  After several interactions with Tri Star Home Loans, I have to share that these are, by far, the best group of people to work with. Our last re-finance was not only beneficial for us in terms of money but was one of the easiest and most enjoyable processes we've done. The process is well communicated, convenient and the not invasive. We couldn't be happier with using Tri Star Home Loans, Cary McCaslin, Yanina Wright and the entire team at Tri Star.   Myself and my husband purchased our first home in 2017 with the help of Tri-Star. Cary was able to lock us into a very good loan with a great interest rate. At the time we bought, inventory was very low but Shelly still managed to show us as many condos as possible based on our needs. Paperwork went very smoothly for us and despite the crazy market we bought in, we didn't have too much waiting to do before we could move into our starter home. I couldn't recommend Tri-Star enough. They are true professionals who will work very hard to find you the best loan and home for your specific needs.

  Cary and his team were a pleasure to work with. They helped us purchase our first home in 2017 and refinance our home in 2020. Cary was incredibly thorough and patient. There was never a time when we felt that we didn't know what we were signing. He explained everything in great detail. And, he made our first home buying experience and refinance easy. We can't thank Shelly enough for being our realtor. She took us to see every place we wanted to see. Rain or shine, she was there to tour us through all of the homes on our list. The Tri-Star team worked together to make our first home buying and refinance experiences great! We couldn't be happier.

  Cary and Team were professional and very helpful throughout our refinance experience. My wife was shopping around with Wells Fargo (Whom we had currently), Credit Union, and others. Cary beat all of the rest of them with a great rate and terms. We opted for a 15 Year Loan as our payment on our 30 Year Loan (which we had 22 Years left on it) was almost the same payment and cut out 7 Years! With this great Rate we plan on paying off even earlier. Cary was there for us and answered all of our questions and we got everything done in less than 30 days once we had decided to go with Tri-star!! Great Job Tri-star Team!

  Having made several home purchases over the years I can honestly say that Tri-Star Home Loans (in Upland Ca.), Cary and his entire staff are THE Gold Standard! They have routinely gone far beyond beyond expectations. Such as when Cary personally drove and hand delivered my loan docs to meet the escrow deadline when I purchased a vacation home, to when he and his staff (Thanks again Yanina!) navigated a very complex investment property purchase and later refi. I used other mortgage brokers in the past and always ended up disappointed at best, or later learning that I wasn't told the whole truth regarding the loan details, or flat out ripped off, needless to say I wasn't real fond of mortgage brokers in general back then. Since then, after I was referred to Cary and I experienced how a great mortgage broker performs, I have used Tri-Star for every transaction and will continue to do so. I've also recommended Tri-Star to everyone I know. This review is far too long in coming. Cary and everyone at Tr-Star, you are THE BEST! Thank you, as always!

  I TRUST THE FOLKS AT TRI-STAR! I came to them after getting other quotes from lenders and Tri-Star came in 1/2 point cheaper. Not to mention Cary was always very professional. When I was supposed to receive a call or a document, it came on time every time during the loan process. I was always kept up to date on the status. I highly recommend Tri-Star Home Loans

  Cary and his team are amazing. Not only was he patient, he walked us through every step of the process. His knowledge and responsiveness are everything someone would want when purchasing a new home. Cary is also very knowledgable when using CalVet or VA loans. If you are Active Duty or prior Military, this is your guy. I would highly recommend Cary to anyone looking to get a home loan. We will use Cary for all of our future needs!!! A real class act.
