  The entire Cornerstone team was excellent to work with. Even during the refi boom of 2020 where all the lenders were slammed, they got their loans thru on time. They did our loans and then we referred them to a number of friends who were having a tough time with their own individual banks, but Cornerstone made it happen quickly for all of them. Tim is my brother, so I admit I am biased, but you won't find a more experienced, competent, caring, ethical and hard working mortgage person. He has spent decades starting from nothing to build his reputation and business. He is truly exceptional, has a big heart and is fun to work with; you will get a loan and a few laughs for sure. He has also built an experienced and dedicated team who will take great care of you. Tell 'em Tim's little bro sent you:)

  It is hard to find someone who sees you in the world of finance …not just the numbers, but who you are. When I was 19 years old I bought my first car with a bank loan. I had no credit, just graduated from nursing school. I got that loan with no questions asked because the banker in a small town in Oklahoma knew me when I was the child of the local minister. Tim is like that local banker to us. He sees us. From financing our first home, remodeling, getting thru Covid closures, and our current project, Tim has held our hand and helped us. He and the entire office are kind, honest, fast, and communicate openly about the best course of action. I know that they care about making the kind of arrangements that will be beneficial to us in the long and short term.   I completed a refinance through Cornerstone Home Lending. My loan officer, Andrew, was excellent. He responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately and was very helpful in reviewing several possible refinance options to best meet my needs. Of the 3 companies from which I inquired, Cornerstone was able to offer the best rates, most flexibility, and lowest closing costs. The process went smoothly, and we were able to close in less than 30 days during an incredibly busy time for the mortgage refinance industry. We will now be able to pay off our mortgage a year earlier than we would have otherwise. I would gladly refer Andrew and Cornerstone Lending to a friend or family.

  Tim and the HLC Team did a great job with our first home purchase transaction. From the start of the process to the funding of our loan the communication was great. Multiple members of his team were available to answer any and all of our questions and help us understand the process along the way. They took the extra time to help break down the numbers when we didn't fully understand some of the fees.   Tim Harrison and his team have always been our choice when it comes to lending or refinancing real estate. My wife worked in real estate many years and trusts Tim in her real estate transactions. Tim and his staff are professionals in their trade and he has always been a straight shooter and will be honest with you. He values a good working relationship with customers and is not the type that will gouge you for a few extra dollars in the deal.
