  As a Realtor and having used Trevor is many transactions, I can honestly say hes one of the best to work with in the Charlotte Area. He's reliable, responsive, only cares about what's best for his clients and can provide great services a lot of lenders cannot, and his network of connections is very large which is just added value he can offer his clients!   Working with Trevor Higgins was a great experience. He was able to save a deal that would have otherwise gone South. We had a complicated situation and Trevor took the time to understand it so he could begin working on a solution. We got to the closing table; a little later than we had hoped but the fact that we got there at all was only because Trevor and his team didn't give up. They took great care of the buyer which in turn benefitted my clients, the sellers. Need a loan? Call Trevor!!!

  Great experience so far using Trevor, Anthony, and FairwayMC. They have been great tracking down multiple lenders for comparison, looking into non-traditional circumstances, and answering or researching and question I pose. They take the time to break down lending documents line by line when asked and explaining items in easy to understand terms. I haven’t closed yet and will update my review, but very happy with Trevor, Anthony, and Fairway MC so far.
