  Trent & the folks at SWBC worked with us to make a refinance and a purchase happen simultaneously and were able to work out the logistics so that everything came together at the right time. We were overseas during the process and Trent often fielded emails and calls at inconvenient times on his end just so we could have peace of mind and guidance at each step. Email like, “Trent, help! Are we missing anything?! Are we on track?!” were responded to graciously and with clarity.
