  I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Kelly Grinnell, Assistant Branch Manager at Trax CU. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful when processing my HELOC. The loan process was quick and convenient, taking less than two weeks to complete and Kelly kept me updated through every step of the process by email or phone.   This is my favorite branch! They are warm, friendly and fast. They will go out of their way to help you with whatever it is you may have a problem with at the time. The ladies behind the counter to the manager Heather, they are all awesome!!

  Love coming to the Seffner location!! I have a car loan, bank acct and cc. Customer service is awesome!! Always answer all of my questions! The ladies at this branch definitely know how to treat you well!

  I have banked with RIFCU, now TraxCU, for 27 years. This is 100% because of the people. Everyone I’ve worked with through the years has gone above and beyond.
