  What to say about Andrew...well lets put it this way I was given his number my a good friend of mine who told me If i wanted the best broker in Florida i needed to use his buddy Andrew. I called Andrew and immediately I knew this guy was ready to work and get things done. I was pre approved in less than 5 minutes and we were ready to make an offer. From the first time Andrew and I spoke to the day I closed on my new home was only 39 days. He was very patient with me with all of my questions through out the entire process. Never once did I feel that he didn't have my best interest at heart. If you need a mortgage and are afraid of the unknown call Andrew he will walk through every step of the way.   I had an amazing experience with this company, being a first time home buyer is very scary and everything seems so complicate... But they made me feel very comfortable with the process, and explained very detailed every single question I had... They helped me raise my credit score, got me approved, and the most important... we close on time.. everything in a short period of time. I'm very thankful for everything Andrew and his company have done for me and my family. Financing my dream house was a big step in my life.

  My husband and I were looking for a mortgage broker and I found Andrew on Google, he had great reviews so decided to give him a call..it was the greatest decision ever made! He was so helpful throughout the whole process...answered all my calls and emails ( there were lots! ) and took time to explain everything and worked with us to make sure we got the best rate/deal possible, everything he said that would happen..happened and on time. Now we are a happy home owner! I would definitely recommend Andrew to all my friends and family :)

  My boyfriend and I contacted Andrew 7 months ago and from day one I knew we had made a good choice. Andrew called us with every little detail we needed and updated us on a daily basis .. Not only did he help us with our loan but he also helped build our credit... Andrew was so patient through out the whole process and just on our side through everything...   Andrew was referred to me as an "A+" mortgage broker by my realtor and I was incredibly impressed not only by his service, but by his counsel on helping me get over some hurdles and craft a much better deal than anyone else I "interviewed" even put on the table. He is truly an expert, and very creative at finding solutions to challenges--and treats your money as he would treat his own--i.e. precious! I'm so happy with my refinanced mortgage package--I'm saving money, I got a great rate and was able to get it done quickly.

  I discovered Andrew Alfonso via Google and noticed what great reviews he had. I could not find one person that had anything negative to say about him. I am so happy I allowed him to help me through my loan process. I could tell the first time I met him that he was a very sincere person and hard worker who aimed to please his customers.   Cash Cow Funding Inc / Double A Mortage....Andrew Alfonso AAA+++ the best of the best a true professional. I found Andrew after being turned down by all the big guys and a few others 740+ Credit Score, tax returns & income ok and with way over 20%+ to put down, my Achilles heal was 100% overseas income and to make matters worse found out late that my funds weren't seasoned. Wired cash into my USA account weeks before closing. Andrew came through calling me 2,3,4 times a day every day he followed up with emails and even helped me with motivational coaching when I just knew I wasn't going to get this loan. That said, Andrew got my Loan DONE. Another big, big, big money saving idea straight from Andrew's mouth to my ears " why put down 20% when interest rates are so low " at the time I thought it was a sales pitch even on this Andrew delivered big time saving me tons in upfront cash. In 2013 Andrew delivered a 3% down mortgage at a great rate. I couldn't be more grateful to Andrew and his processors Sharon and Donna for coming through. Forget the Rest Andrew is the Best!

  Andrew did a great job for me. He beat all of the competition and never missed a beat. I was looking for a cash out max loan on an investment property. I wanted a 30 year fixed rate or 10/1 ARM. He not only got the loan for me quickly but beat the 10 year arm on the 30 year. Most other quotes couldn't even find the loan for me. I don't really like the name Cash Cow but I sure liked the results. Everything he told me ended up exactly the way he said.

Both their personal and professional care were outstanding and we feel they performed with our best interest as their uppermost concern. We were kept advised every step of the way and they made sure we understood the entire process. We recommend them to anyone thinking of obtaining a reverse mortgage; you cannot do better!
