  Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience at all. The closing was delayed, without being provided a solid answer as to why. We actually received two different times for the closing, one to my wife and one to me, so that wasn't clear at all. When we finally "closed", we were given very short notice on what types of documents, specifically for the wire transfer, were needed from us, and the online instructions were incomplete. Then our check was delayed for two days, without being told this was the case. We had to call them to chase down our check. Then when we were finally told when it would arrive, 3 days later, they told us it was overnighted, but here it is, late Friday, before the weekend, and we still have not received our closing check. Not good.

  Poor company policy not allowing agents to stay 6 ft apart with cliants. Also kicked out wife of buyer because she didn't sign anything.
