  I was working with a lender, who simply couldn't close my refinance after almost 5 months (I am so tempted to mention the name). Desperately, I contacted Stella. In our first phone call, Stella quickly learnt my situation, and assured me that she was confident to close my refinance in a timely manner with the best rate in the market. Though I was skeptical, I started working with Stella and her team. The team was extremely professional, on the same day after I provided my document set, they identified the best lender, initiated the loan application and locked the rate. In the next a few weeks, the team closely monitored the progress of the application. They maintained very good and close relationship with every lender, and was always able to contact the right person and speed things up. With the pandemic going on, the housing market became more and more heated, to speed the appraisal process, Stella mobilized her connections and also personally contacted the appraiser multiple times. My refinance was closed in just about 6 weeks without any drama. Overall, I was extremely impressed by Stella and her team's capability，professionalism and dedication.
