Michael Joel5This is an awesome place! Most car dealers are still stuck in the 80’s and make buying a car a nightmare. Not these guys. Matt is a super nice guy and will give you a straightforward price, no games, and they make purchasing a vehicle fun and enjoyable. Every time I go here everyone is super nice and cool. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and I would not go anyplace else again. They have a great inventory as well, usually having several TRD Pros on stock. Thank you !

We especially hope that an adequate return accrues to the dealership; securing a good commission for you in recognition of your superior salesmanship. That you were able to carry out the entire process essentially via e-mail was very impressive! Thank you so much. I don't think I/we have ever enjoyed a less stressful, more pleasurable car-buying experience. We like your pleasing personality, professional approach, and customer service skills (including dispensing gout-management advice -- which, incidentally, seems to be working!). We have driven our new Avalon a couple hundred miles since purchase. The car is comfortable; well-mannered; and adequately powered by those 200 horses kicking out from the combined gas/electric engines. There is a noticeable shift between traction sources at slow speeds and from starts; but, I believe, I read somewhere that such was characteristic of Toyota's hybrid system -- at least with the Camry/Avalon version. Our fuel efficiency has been about 43mpg! Remarkable for such a large vehicle. In Appreciation.

Lynn Rowbotham5Excellent customer service today by Chuck in the Service Dept. He helped me out with the fin on my Prius that came loose and a broken back center light. On the fin, he not only fixed the broken clip, but realized it had not been properly installed previously at another business, and he fixed the problem. It was stormy, raining, and windy, and he was gracious, unhurried, and helpful. He treated me like he would a neighbor, and I loved that. I didn't feel like I was a number in line, and then charged a huge bill. The young man at the service desk who printed the invoice for the center brake light part was very helpful as well. I will be taking my business to Newport Toyota in the future.
