  I met Pat Sawyer thru Layton Home Builders. She immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and expertise. I was not sure at the time if I could handle the amount of paper work and financial info required. She assured me it is going to fine, and your new home is going to be awesome! I had many questions and often called or text her And she quickly responded. No matter how simple she always had time to explain in detail to me.
