  I have just gone through an new home purchase experience that I must say started out on a pretty rocky road. (Which was not the result of any mortgage company.) I later ended up in the hands of Jeff Apple at Home Owners Mortgage on Devine St. He is a Great mortgage Broker!. He is all about the customer and making sure what happens for you is what's best for you. He was very thorough going over the process and the numbers making sure you understand everything. He is a hard working professional and was available at all times of the day / night. He and his team are very personable to make the entire process as customer friendly as possible. I definately left there with the feeling of being treated as an individual and not just another number. I 100% recommend Home Owners Mortgage Company for your mortgage needs.
