  James and his teams made my dreams come true. Everything about my purchase, and me was very unique. He worked closely with my realtor, and figured out how to make everything fit just right. The communication was always open and easy, and answered every question and concern I had... BIG or small This was my first house purchased and I felt overwhelmed with everything at the beginning, but when you find the best person for the job, all the anxiety gets washed away.   James and team did a great of getting our mortgage approved and in a short timeframe, to accelerate closing. Especially with regards to making sure the underwriter had all the necessary information the first time through - I mention this because I had an experience a few months back where with another lender, it was a constant cycle of asking for additional info and delayed our closing
