  Joni at Town and Country was great to work with. She worked hard to meet our needs. Was very patient and got us the best deal. Not only was she able to save us money ($200 a month) but we are also covered far better than with our previous company. We're very happy!

  I live in St. Paul, but grew up in Pine City and still have T&C do my and my partners' insurance. Joni makes sure we have what we need, makes sure we're not over or under protected, and is always willing to jump on the phone with us. The whole firm is very professional, courteous, and kind. I love it!

  I have been so appreciative of the assistance, guidance and knowledge that Jeni Olander has give me during the last 4 or 5 years as I worked through individual health insurance selection. She is very patient (listening to my input and feedback or grumbling...as to health insurance 😜. Jeni is so easy to work with and learns who I am and what I need; she makes it appear easy when we know it takes a lot to put the pieces together. I have worked with Town and Country many years for business insurances, and this personal insurance hunt was just as thorough and easy to handle because of the staff we work with.   Jenni was so helpful and patient while helping me choose insurance. Jenni knows what she is doing. Very friendly . The offices at town and country are set up nicely so you get private conversations. Definitely be back for my insurance needs.

  We had flooding at our cabin and the furnace was damaged along with our water heater. Town and Country was fantastic in evaluating our situation and getting us a check quickly to cover the damage. I highly recommend Town and Country if you are looking for a great dependable insurance company!
