      Probably the worst online banking any bank could ever have. We live in a world where literally any transaction can happen in seconds, yet it takes Town and Country 5 business days to pull a payment from your account. I'm not sure what kind of archaic system you're using but it's safe to say it's time to step your game up. Good news though, with all the random scam fees you charge your customers you should definitely have enough money to make the change!

      I worked with Bridget Moore and Jamie Doering for purchasing my first ever home. They are incredibly charming and an absolute pleasure to work with. Both were a complete pleasure to work with.       I’m giving the bank a 4 because it’s a really nice bank Laura is extremely kind and takes care of all the customers and is very friendly I really like her. But Phyllis on the other is extremely rude to customers. She never greets a customer and is usually busy doing something like sorting mail doing other work etc. And make you stand and wait for when she’s good and ready to help you. She talks down to all the customers like were below her. She has been rude to my family and others on multiple occasions. I recommend this bank but ask for Laura to help you because if you get Phyllis to help you you will not have a Pleasant experience. Laura’s desk sits on the left side. Don’t even waste your time going to the desk on the right (which is Phyllis) go straight to Laura you will have an extremely good experience if you have Laura help you she’s wonderful!! Town and Country is a great bank just one bad rotten apple!!
