  Tower loans is a great company to get help if you need it. All the employees are very nice and respectful. If you are having trouble making a payment they always find a way to help you. Every time I go in to the office or talk to someone on the phone they are super sweet and helpful. I DEFINITELY recommend Tower Loans if you need financial help!!

  They are very unprofessional. And I will not go there ever again. They don’t like to work with you. And that DONNA lady for her to be manager she more disrespectful than anyone. She yelled at me and told me that they better get their money or they gone start garnishing me the next business day. I do not recommend anyone to here.

  Tower loans is great. My husband done business with them for years and when he passed away and I didn't know what I was going to do, they were there for me too. Everyone is very friendly. I absolutely love them.

  I have not had a loan with them but the manager in Norman name Donna is very unprofessional, she needs to take a class in professionalism unless that's the way they operate, I will never give someone a good review for this type of display, people need to know if it was not for their customers that they will not have jobs u need to know how to treat customers

  Love all the people here they really are the best! Communication is key and they are always willing to work with me when something came up. If your short on cash and need a loan give this place a try you won’t be disappointed ✨✌🏼

  This place is awesome... They will work with you and your circumstances. Love Donna and the girls. My credit has been building since being with this company. Definitely recommend.

  Terrible customer service and because of that I see why ppl never pay them back! I did not get a loan with them, but a relative did and from that experience I’ll take my business elsewhere! I wish there was a rating lower than 1 ⭐️

  Couldn’t make a payment on time and Donna told me I was stealing money and she was gonna take me to court. Wonderful people skills! Great job!

  This place help me out tremundously. Great place nice people and Katrina is the best. She got me in and out in no time. I would definetly recommend this place to everyone!!!!

  Without a doubt the shittiest, high interest place in the state. They will do everything they can to ruin your credit so you can only use them for loans. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! You will be better off doing a deal with the devil.
