  They're very unprofessional they don't do their job right the one in St Charles they call you for a loan amount and tell you what you're going to get over the phone and then when you get to the office they lie to you and give you a whole different story they just don't do nothing right they don't put your collateral in right they don't do anything they're very unprofessional with what they do I would not recommend nobody to go through Tower loan

  Jake the branch manager has a NASTY VERY NASTY ATTITUDE TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE who have loans. He threatened me with a garnishment for tomorrow if he didn’t have money for my loan today. Kelp telling me to ask someone to loan it to me and i already told him i didn’t have anyone. But being privileged Iguess he knows nothing about that. He’s very NASTY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And i caught him in a lie over the phone! I will write a review everyday until my loan is paid off because this was just UNACCEPTABLE!!

  I’ve had several loans with them and if you get behind on payments yes they are very pushy. I’ve explained to them several times when I’ve gotten behind and sometimes they are very understanding but other times in considerate. All in all I think they are pretty good as long as you keep up with the payments.

  Good start, bad finish. I was approved for a 1150 dollar loan back in march 2018. Paid it off no missed payments. Got sent a loan offer via check for 900$, accepted and am halfway through payments, no missed payments. On a weekly basis I've had their office calling me with loan offers of over 1k. I thought this over and decided Tower loan has been good and I could use some debt consolidation. I called and said I would like to do a loan for 1k. They denied me saying I would need to put up my car for collateral. Sorry guys I'm not desperate I was only trying to do us both a favor. Worst is they hit me with a new hard inquiry even though I've done business with them twice before. NEVER AGAIN! You messed up guys

  STAY AWAY NO MATTER WHAT. Go without as you will be better off. Highly unethical, multiple privacy rights violations, harrassment, threats of wage garnishment after I brought my account current. Complaints have been filed to the proper companies for privacy rights violations. Worst company I have ever crossed paths with. Go here and you will be disappointed among other things. I was blown away in the worst way by how badly I was treated.

  Received loan on furniture 3500.00 payment of 137.00 24 months no interest .They called and offered cash loan for 2000.00 I didnt accept loan they callef furniture store and cancelled contract on furniture . furniture Company came to my home tried to force thier way into my home to reposse because they couldn't make any money on interest On loan stated paperwork was wrong however wanted to loan me cash and harassed me to accept cash loanthey say I was approved for

  Bad company I received the check I accidentally deposit it I never asked for it I called to refund they don’t allow me to refund and charge two hundred dollars for fee! This company is a scam scam try to get your money!
