  Lot of calls to refinance, but nice people. Only issue is with check they give you. I had to sit thru a 30 min lecture From bank of America stating how they didnt have to honor check. Etc etc. They need to use another financial institution

  NEVER again. Nixa, Mo branch is much better to deal with, but if you need a loan, go through your bank.

  Most unprofessional Finance company there is would not recommend to anyone. They have the rudest and most arrogant demeaning and belittling employees.

  Got cold called, didn't answer. I'm on the DNC list, and have never done business with them, or even inquired with them.

  Borrower beware ....... they will certainly take advantage of your situation & desperation if you borrow thru them. Pretty cut throat unethical bunch of crooks.

  Yes I don't always pay on time but I do pay my payment. I do have a loan charged off with them. I used to call them when I was going to be late but I stopped because the manager Daniel is the rudest most insensitive SOB I have ever met in my life. I am on a fixed income and have lots of medical cost and health problems but he just doesn't care. Overspeaks me like I am no body on the phone too. Do not go to this place for a loan. No I am not the perfect customer but these people are class A#1 holes. Except for Courtney. She is nice and seems to care about my situation.

  Nice people. I've gotten a couple loans from this company and although interest is high, that's expected, people shouldn't expect things for free. They call me if I'm late on a payment, which happens because I forget, and they always work with me and are always polite.

  If these people ever get your phone number be prepared to never have a moment without calls. They have called me from 4 different phone numbers everyday no matter how many times i tell them that i am not who they are trying to contact. Sure would suck for them if somebody gave them a piece of their own medicine... Aye guys??? :D Tower loans is cut off, noon should do business with them

  These people border on breaking the law with how they harass you before your bill is due, calling your friends, family, and employers. Their ‘unemployment insurance’ on the loan is a lie also, they do not honor their own services.

  BAD SERVICE. Sat and waiting to be seen, there were 2 other people watch me walk in and didn’t welcome me into the business, along with that, they offered to help out another customer THAT CAME IN AFTER ME!
