Kimberly Wolf1I have been a customer of this bank for years. However, I am seriously considering removing all of my assets from their bank. I opened an Estate account, and they lost the check for it. I was forced to deal with the fees of the resulting bounced checks. Also, I have had my Debit card cut off for no reason TWICE. I went in today to try to fix yet another problem with a Debit card. I was made to feel like I was irrational and like I don’t matter. No recommendations here.

Mitchell Lee1Don't do any business with thus "credit union". You will regret it. I promise you. They will scam money out of you. Under the guise of fees. Simply because there websites not working, so you call the pay to consistently pay 9$ fee again and again. Nah. Save your time. Bank or finance elsewhere. The lower interest rate they try to persuade you with is not worth it. Not to mention the customer service will make you want to put your head through a wall.

Taita Gilde1Got there at 2:45 for my appointment at 3 for notary. They lady at the desk told me to wait because they were VERY busy. Okay, that’s fine. Around 3:05 a guy walked in to ask if they do notary, the lady said yes and did it for him right away while I was there watching. No wait for him at all! At 3:20, I asked if I was going to be called soon because I saw there they just took a walk-in and I had an appointment at 3:00, again I was told to wait. At 4:00 I’m still not called! It’s been 1 hour since I got here and my mom’s been waiting for me in the car. You know what I see here? DISCRIMINATION!!! They think they’re cute making me wait for a long time without no help while they’re helping other people. They want to make me feel small and this is not right.

Nick Myers1Worst banking service I’ve ever had to go through, terrible customer service, leaving clients and customers in the dark during the process. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible

Dan White1Horrible customer service. Been working on cashing out an inherited IRA for 3 weeks. Money was originally promised 2 weeks ago. Everytime we get intouch with the person handling things there is another excuse as to why it will take another week. And that's WHEN we can get intouch with him. He won't call back most of the time or respond to emails. We don't call constantly but when we pass the deadlines that he sets forth and nothing happens we start calling. Horrible customer service.

Emily Shannon5Recently moved to another state and needed the title to my car to transfer license plates. Me being me and waiting till the last minute, I was told it would take about 5 business days for my title to be processed and mailed out... at that time my tags would be expired. Tamaya and Laura in the loan department got my request and I explained to them the problem I put myself in, that morning. Later that day they called to inform me that they were able to get it processed and my title would be mailed via fedex to the DMV here. I cannot thank them enough for their work and making my stress diminish! You two seriously are my saviors! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

John Ross1Went to dispute a charge on my debit card I didn't make(a purchase on iTunes but I have a galaxy S9)and a woman named Stephanie was the one to "help" me. Was told that their card reader was down, so I couldn't be issued a new card and that there was nothing she or I could to do but wait until the pending charge went through, then I'd be able to call their fraud hotline number to dispute it. I went ahead and called the hotline anyways, because that just didn't sit right with me. The woman that took the call told me I could in fact dispute the charge while it was pending and cancelled the account and ordered me a new card. So I would just like to know why Stephanie gave me false information, because she specifically said I can't and not to call the fraud hotline until the pending charge went through. Did she not believe me when I said I didn't make the charge or is she just misinformed regarding what she can and can't do. Overall after today, I will be going to the Arundel Mills branch from now on or looking to switch banks all together.

John Corrothers1Not for Shanel. Why is drive thru so small. I am 81 and would like to use the outside teller. With all that space outside, why is drive thru too tight and too small. My F-150 cannot fit without going up on curb. What a stupid design. It would be different if space was limited.

DJ1Payments take FOR EVER TO CLEAR being on hold on the phone is a common practice dealing with this bank. Wish it were nicer considering its a limited entry bank. If your gonna pretend to be special then be special.
