  Needed Rick Kuhblank for a quick pre-approval with closing in 30 days. First call was Sunday night at 9:30 pm. We were able to make an offer deadline the next day at noon, and he was ready for closing. His staff was extremely professional and quick. He has exceptional customer service skills and you can call and text him at all times. He is both highly recommended and highly reliable. Glad that I did not go with USAA because I would still be on hold. Also, he will give you the best bag of swag you had ever seen, rife with useful household items.

  Rick and Elizabeth are some of the best, most helpful people I have ever worked with in capacity. They made purchasing our first home not only possible, but a better experience than we could have imagined. We faced a number of unusual circumstances during our home buying process and they went well beyond the call of duty to ensure the process was as smooth as could be for us.   I just want to give a Huge Thanks to Rick Kuhblank, Elizabeth Nucci and Team for doing an Outstanding Job for helping me and my wife getting an Approval/Loan to be able to purchase our 1st Home 🏡. Everyone went Above and Beyond to make sure that we were taken care of the BEST WAY POSSIBLE. This was a HUGE MILESTONE for us to Accomplish for our Growing Family and we couldn't have been Blessed with a Better Team. They made things happen ASAP and Guided us on Every Step of the Process. They even got us Locked in on an all time low interest rate as well which saves us a lot of money. We owe you all a nice Cook Out.   Worked directly with Rick Kuhblank. He answered his phone on the weekends and ran numbers for me when ever I asked. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable as a first time home buyer! He was able to get so much accomplished in a short amount of time. Very helpful! Would use them again for future mortgage needs.

  As a first home buyer with First Home Mortgage I wished I had used another lender Michelle Greenwalt who handled my loan the first 2-4 weeks were okay, but soon her true colors showed and she alway made me feel as though I was bothering her when I asked questions or too busy to be bothered with, and was very cold and distant during conversations. There were no pleasantries during email exchanges, she never offered to meet me in person or congratulated me after the home purchase (apart from the generic letter sent to all home buyers after a purchase). As African American Women I pay attention to the service I am given and do not want to feel as though I am second or third class when working with a company for a personal matter(buying my first home). To make the matter worse my loan was transferred to US Bank no more than a 3 - 4 four weeks after the purchase and not a word from my Loan Officer before or after the fact is absolute ludicrous. I am highly disappointment and distraught with the process and service this local mortgage company First Home Mortgage provided. But I thank God for the home the poor home buying service wont take that away.

  Worked directly with Michael Taylor. He was incredibly responsive. He answered his phone on the weekends and ran numbers for me when ever I asked. We had numerous phone conversations and he provided valuable insight. His staff have also been responsive and answered any and all questions we've had. They provided a website to upload documents in a secure way. However it was a little out of date and clumsy to use, but that is really my only criticism. Would use them again for future mortgage needs.

  Michelle and DayleAnn were AMAZING! My husband and I just closed on our very first home, and we couldn't have done it without them. They were both so kind and helpful, and so patient with all of our questions and concerns. It was truly a pleasure working with them, and we are so thankful for their hard work.
