  This is the third time I have worked with Total Mortgage and there’s a reason why I keep going back to them! Recently, my husband and I refinanced our mortgage and Jason Alves and his team were flawless in their execution to help close our loan. The team worked fast and efficiently to get us a rate lower then we were expecting. They were there from start to finish and communicated the whole way through. Definitely would use them again.

  I've worked Total Mortgage for many years and always had a great experience. My Mortgage Banker (Jason Alves) was very experienced and knowledgeable and provided me with great service. He recommended the best mortgage type for my situation that resulted in saving me a lot of money I would otherwise have not gotten with another lender. He also responded to my questions 7x24 in a timely fashion and their mortgage processing was quick as well. I'd definitely recommend them to friends/family.

  There is no better Mortgage Expert walking this earth than Jay Alves. I recommended him to my own Mother and then her Mother (my Grandmother). He is an asset to any company. He has excellent communication skills and coordination abilities. This man has it all. I know I sound like I am being funny, but you won't understand until you work with him. The stressful experience of obtaining a mortgage during a house purchase is enough to overwhelm people. With Jay guiding the process it is efficient, seamless, painless and a great overall experience. His knowledge dealing with lawyers, appraisers, clients and credit agencies is unmatched. Any question or concern I had, he anticipated and calmed my nerves. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
