      My wife went into the Main St. location to close her mother’s account who passed away 3 weeks ago, she was told to bring the death certificate to start the process. When she went in to start the process she was treated very rude by several women in the office. My wife was in tears while having to do this, and to be treated so poorly is so unacceptable!! Topmark will NEVER receive any business from us again.

      We use this bank often for withdraws/deposits as a shared banking member because it's so much closer to our home than our actual bank. Everyone has always been very kind and pleasant.

      My only complaint is that aren't open on Saturday. They are the only bank I've even known that isn't open on Saturday.

      Courtney on main street is very rude and always looks like she has an attitude/annoyed with you, makes you not want to come back.
