  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Howell on a mortgage refinance. With the rates being as low as they have been in quite some time, we were able to lock in a low interest rate and use some of the equity in our home to do a few projects that will increase our home’s value. The application process was pretty painless, everything was available on an APP and we were able to complete it at our own pace.   This team is top of the line. I was extremely stressed about purchasing a new house after being in my previous home for almost 20 years. The team at the Burbank office made the process as easy as it could have been. They made me feel less stressed and helped any way they could. I've referred them to a few of my family members already.   Horrible communication from Michael at the Burbank Ohio office.. caught him in several lies... he pushed the blame of things taking so long on others.. know several others with the same issues with him and this company.. hope Farmer state Bank stops using them.. would never recommend him!!! Worst banking experience I've ever had!!
