  I was a little leery about trying this store out, mainly because of the one and only google review being such a negative one. Well, I should know by now that there are two sides to every story! I was greeted by a very friendly and attentive staff. They don't hover over you, but they were always right there to answer a question. I was very impressed with their selection of electronics and power tools. AND, the folks were always willing to deal if I thought that the price was out of line. MAN did I get some good deals!! Finally, I tracked down the infamous Noe, and asked him about the scathing review that I saw on google review. He kind of chuckled about the incident and said that the guy had since come back to apologize, and that maybe he was just having a bad day. Anyway, I thought that the record should be corrected. The place is great. Please.... just don't buy anything I have my eye on!

  I feel like I was being lied to and being taken advantage of being my first time in to sell something. I wanted to sell my stuff but she pawned it I didn't know the difference at the time. I did however ask questions about the difference and she said it was all the same and she would just have to change the paper work. I feel like I should have recived more for what I brought in. They wouldn't take authentic $300 nfl jerseys.

  Since my last post my wife and I revisited Top Dollar Pawn in McKinney and we were approached by the store manager Noe. Maybe he was having a bad day the last time we were there, this time there was a new curtsey for his customers. He remembered us and apologized for his conduct and any misunderstanding, I appreciated that he remembered us and apologized, Noe did whatever he was able to do to show us that presence was noticed and welcome. Thanks Noe for the change of heart and your willingness to make matters right.

  Offered me less than 10% for items still in boxes! These people are crooks at best and treated me like I style the stuff I brought in!
