  STORE HAS ROACHES I was in the store and while at the register a ROACH CRAWLED UP THE WALL by the register ! I pointed out the roach to the sales person and he looked at me and said "well what do you want me to do " and shrugged . It's bad enough they cheat you for the price of my item. the sales person looks on eBay overlooking normally price items and showing me the lowest price. (I already researched at home)Save your time and money go to another place. More importantly avoid purchasing items for sanitary reasons .

  I am sorry that you did not have a good experience at our store. We strive to keep a clean inviting environment for our customers. Unfortunately there was a carryout restaurant next door that just closed and caused some issues that have since been cleared up. As for eBay - we often used the sold price on ebay to determine how much we can lend on an item. We try to take the average then offer 40-70% of that value depending on the product since we do need to make a profit on our end. Hope this helps...

  Hey my name is shante I’m aye dc resident And I came across something Financial problems today so I had to pawn somethings I went to the pawnshop in Eastover shopping Center I walked in the store and two Male employees approached me The customer service at the pawnshop was excellent knowing I was having a bad day The two guys that work there put a smile on my face and everyone else that was in the line I truly appreciate people like that 👍🏾 THANKS again!!!!

  Horrible place. If I could give it negative stars I would. Lots of foul language, unprofessional behavior from manager and owner (who is never there btw), they sell products with roaches and their eggs in them, they also have mice, and roaches crawl across the counters. Management and employees argue regularly. Your diamonds will fall out your jewelry if you choose to buy from them. They also will curse you out and/or call the police. I would never give my money to this place. Thank God they are about to gentrify Eastover.

  Unfortunately LaTasha was let go a few weeks ago and this is her way of retaliating. I can assure anyone reading this review, as the owner whom is in the store on an almost daily basis, there is nothing true in what she has said. We are very sorry that LaTasha feels she has to go around the internet and hurt all of the people she used to work closely with in this way.
