      This is the best experience I have had at a bank in a long time. The branch manager Richard Dawkins really went above and beyond to help us. He made what should have been a difficult situation very easy.

      My appointment was at 1pm. Im currently here 41 minutes later (1:41pm) sitting on the steps outside because they didnt have anyone available to finish opening up my business account, which i pretty much did online already. I just had to show up with my documentation. 😒

      This location is horrible. Terrible customer service. Zero care for customers. I would give a negative zero if I could but 1 star was my only option. Manager is a joke and the security guards are used as puppets. I watched how they treated other customers and it made me sick. Can you say training needed. :(

      Wait times for basic transactions are way too long.. The employees are pleasant, but the service is extremely slow no matter the time or day or of you're the only person in the bank.

      This is the slowest bank I’ve had ever been too. It’s ridiculous how long it’s takes to make a transaction here and it’s always been this slow, even before Covid

      Regarding customer service, I have to give a low rating as I was kept on hold for almost 30 minutes after being on hold for 15 minutes each on (2) separate calls. Perhaps they are short staffed but I hope they do better.
