  Toni was SO GREAT to work with! From someone who had tried out multiple lenders Toni truly stood out. As a first time homebuyer I entered the process with a lot of nerves and unawareness. Toni took time to speak with me and hold my hand through the entire process. She educated me on different options that tailored to my financial situation, and it was evident that even in this crazy home market Toni had my best interest. She ensured I was educated on topics before making decisions and I highly recommend her! Myself and my sister have used her thus far and her go getter attitude gets the job done!

  Closing on my home with Toni and her team was unlike any other home buying experience I have had to date. They completed two activities for me FLAWLESSLY: 1. They came up with an innovative funding arrangement that made my home buying dreams a reality quickly, and also structured a loan that allowed future flexibility while still having rate predictability. 2. The documentation aspect was quick and easy and without the long wait times and endless requests that you normally see with larger mortgage lenders. Finally, Toni was above and beyond available to me during the entire process, and she still maintains communications with me to assist with any questions I have had since my mid-year buy.   I highly recommend Toni Hill and her team to handle your mortgage needs, whether for a purchase or a refinance. In my case, I recently did a refinance, and it went flawlessly even with all of the Covid-19 restrictions in place. As a very busy professional, not having to focus on the administrative side was invaluable. Moreover, while extremely busy herself, Toni made the time on multiple occasions to discuss with me various financial considerations and options. Toni is a wealth of knowledge, and I appreciated her sound and practical advice. It was a pleasure working with someone who was not just trying to sell me a loan, but had a genuine interest in the outcome. At the end of the day, Toni also saved me a tremendous amount of money!!!
