  Tonette Pipkins provided the most professional experience I have had throughout my journey of the homebuying process. When I contacted her concerning some issues I was having closing on a home she actively listened. She gave me solid advice on the next steps I should take. I asked if she would take me on as a client and she gladly. Once she did, she assured me that my loan process was safe in her hands and that I could relax. She literally relieved me of months and months of stress. It was a pleasure working with her because her communication was consistent and she kept me well informed of where I was in the process. Tonette closed my deal in 10 days. Something another lender was failing to do for months. Her follow through was simply amazing and I have already began telling everyone I know how awesome her customer service is. She kept every promise and delivered above my expectations.   User Raquel Bell What we liked about the service was Tonette's patience and availability. There were times after hours that she made herself available for questions and concerns. We appreciate her and the Pipkins Team for going the extra mile. What I think would be a nice touch to their services would be an initial video chat with potential clients so that the comfort level can be established early on in building a new relationship. I hate the fact that I never got to meet in person but her voice was calming and she never appeared to be flustered by the repetitive questions we had. A personal touch would be to add video chat to a few calls like introduction, discussion of DTI and Congrats would have made the difference for us. The automatic videos are nice but I want to see my lenders eyes when making such important decisions. Overall she carried us to the finish line and we are truly grateful. Much Obliged, The Wares

  Tonette and the entire Pipkins team did an AMAZING job assisting us with our mortgage attainment. I could not have asked for a better experience!! I feel like I learned so much about how the mortgage process works through their video check points. I LOVED that they were personalized. I will admit that I watched them over and over again. They were so informative and I felt like I was welcomed participant in this process instead of a burden to the team like I have felt with other companies in the past. I have already told a family member about how smooth the process was in the hopes that when she purchases her first home she would have this same great experience.

  Tonette and her team are rock stars. After dealing with a two month nightmare while working with Geneva financial. We were looking at loosing our dream home and thousands of dollars in earnest money, inspection fees, and appraisal. We had all but given up and then Tonette came into our lives and saved the deal and had us closed in two weeks. I cannot give her a good enough review because she deserves one hundred stars. If you are shopping for a mortgage company look no further I will never do business with any other mortgage company. Tonette and her team genuinely care about the people they are working for.
