  As someone who needed some hand holding throughout the home loan process working with Tom was easy and personable. He walked me through each step of the process and explained the why's to allow me full understanding and confidence. Communication was great and he always quickly responded to any questions I had.   We had the pleasure of finding Tom through a neighbor who had recently refinanced. We were initially recommended by a friend to a different lender that never gave us straight answers and who seemed to have a scheme at every turn. Tom on the other had was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and provided answers to all the questions we had. We will definitely be working with Tom again on any future needs. I will also personally recommend Tom to all of my family and friends in regards to their mortgage needs.

  Tom was awesome to work with! We are first time home buyer’s so we had lots of questions and Tom was more than willing to spend the time and explain everything to make sure we were comfortable. The market is so crazy right now, Tom would even send pre approval letters on the weekend to ensure we got the house we wanted! I would highly recommend him! He is very professional and made sure our closing went smoothly.

  Tom was super helpful getting us set up for success in a super crazy home buying market. He was able to produce custom pre-approval letters on the weekend when we were submitting offers. Once we were under contract he was able to explain everything to us and answer all our questions, he got us a rate we were happy with, and made sure we had all the documentation necessary to have a fast close. We had a great experience and would gladly work with Tom again!

  Tom was great to work with throughout the process of our renovation loan. We planned an extensive main floor remodel and basement addition to our 80+ year old home. Tom was great from the initial inquiry, through the steps of the loan closing and bridging everything we needed to bridge with the construction side of the project. He was always ready to answer any questions and provide the detail necessary to make the decisions we needed to make on the financing of our project.
