  Brian Amos of Guardian-Sunflower Mortgage has shown he is both reliable, honest, proactive and without him we never would have been able to close on an incredible loan. During the entire process Brian kept us current and informed of any changes in the process. I have been involved in Loan processed numerous times in either buying a home or refinancing and would say Brian has been the best in his profession.   We worked with Dave Williams at Guardian Mortgage and had a great experience as first time home buyers! Dave was always available to chat through any questions we had. He is a great communicator - giving us a heads up and thorough explanation of every new milestone and document. We felt very comfortable asking all our first-time homebuyer questions with Dave. Very personable, funny, and kind. Would be lucky to work with Dave again!

  Scott and his entire team were flawless with the process of my refinance loan the this in a timely manner they kept me updated frequently answered any questions that I had whatsoever. this is by far the best experience I've ever had with a refinance in my entire life! I would highly recommend Scott and his team for mortgage loan or a refi These guys are top-notch and they know what customer service means! Five star service all the way!   If you have an opportunity to work with Michael Vorderstrasse, you should. He created a sense of teamwork between all parties involved to get us to the finish line.
