  Tom has given me excellent customer service and he has really taken the time to help me understand the ins and outs of my insurance policy. Not only that but he has also been able to get me the best priced auto policy and has found other ways to help save me money. If you’re looking for insurance I highly recommend giving Tom a call.

  Tom is great to speak to and is very informative. We had to change a few policies and Tom made it a smooth transition. We have never dealt with State Farm before, but their prices are competitive if not cheaper than the insurance company that we had. Thank you Tom for all your time and help getting this done in a timely manner.

  This might be my best experience with both an agent and insurance company. State Farm is good and Tom is great. Helpful when needed, Tom and State Farm seem allergic to the red tape and minutiae other insurance companies suffer from. Thank you!

  Tom Waggoner is your go to guy about anything to do with insurance and or claims! He is always very helpful, kind, professional & he listens! He explains everything that is needed to know in such a very reassuring manner. He has the gentlest voice on the phone which lets you know that he’s going to take care of you and get everything squared away. He has made this process so very smooth and I’m so thankful that we indeed are insured with State Farm!
