  Texas charm in Tennessee! This is a unique pawn shop with country class. Tom, Dona, Justin and staff make everyone feel like family. Tom keeps a great line of jewelry, guitars, electronics and more. Dona has decorated the place with really neat antiques and artifacts from all over. Just look for the giant yellow Chevy out front, swing on in and Justin and Tom will greet you with a smile and a handshake. Proof that you can take the man outta Texas but ya can take Texas outta the man. 🤠

  The owners (Tom and Dona) provide top notch customer service, demonstrate a high degree of integrity and do everything possible to ensure a wonderful experience for each an ever customer. The staff is friendly and talks straight with the customer. This is the place to go for quality merchandise at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

  This place is amazing! I cannot brag enough on their jewelry and electronic department. Amber is Amazing And went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my purchases! I will always shop here for their great deals!!

  Good customer service. Great people. Friendly service. Would definitely recommend this pawnshop for all of your needs regardless whether it’s holidays or any other day to purchase a gift or anything around the house they could serve coffee LOL

  They will lie straight to your face. Had to travel for work and asked them to hold an item and the lady said she would. Told her I would be in by Friday and went in on Tuesday to be told they already sold it. Bunch of crooks working here. Your response is not true. I just called 2 days ago on Monday and said I would be by before Friday, as in 3 days from now. In no way at all, did you try and offer anything similar at no additional money. If you remember correctly there was nothing remotely close. I was straight lied to no matter how you look at it. To think I came in to the store within 24 hours of calling and it was still sold. Which leads me to believe to think it was probably sold when I called Monday.

  We are sorry that you feel you had a negative encounter at our store. We always want to work with our customers and provide a great experience at Toms and we pride ourselves on our integrity. In this particular case, we did hold your item past the default date. In fact, we went beyond the second month as well and an additional 19 days as a courtesy. Your item was held through Friday as advised but was put in inventory when there was no pick up or phone call. We attempted to provide a like product that would not have cost you additional money. I am sorry that we were unable to help you in this situation. Your response is not what was discussed when you came in. We have tried resolving this issue. It was a Milwaukee drill set. Yes we get those sets continuously that we said we could make you a deal on. This would be resolved much easier in person than on a google review.

  Outstanding experience, I was just out checking out local Pawn shops with my father-in-law, and stopped by Tom's. I had not intended to make a purchase but ended up leaving after a half an hour with a Blue Ray player and over a dozen discs. The service we received from both the owners and a sales clerk named Sarah was incredible. I felt I was treated like a long lost friend. I will be back, and often.If service was an art form, they would be right up there with Leonardo Da Vinci and Norman Rockwell. Couldn't be more impressed.
